摘要
宁波城市职业技术学院在“以就业为导向”的办学理念的指导下,致力于高职人才培养模式的改革并提出了建立三个课堂互动的实践教学体系的理论,在此基础上,初步构建了校企合作,培养高技能人才的新模式。文章对“2+1”校企合作的几种实现方式以及从改革实践中引发的几点问题进行了分析。
Guided by the education philosophy of "taking the employment as the guidance", Ningbo City College of Voca- tional Technology commits itself to the reform of higher vocational talents education model and constiuct a three interactive classroom teaching practice system theory, based on which, built the first School and Enterprise Cooperation Education Model to train highly skilled professionals. This paper highlights some realization pattems for the "2 + 1" School and Enter- prise Cooperation Education model and some new reflections from the reform practices.
