摘要
随着经济全球化步伐的加快,我国农业正朝着产业化、国际化的方向发展,市场竞争越来越激烈。而我国目前农业企业尤其是中小农业企业特别缺乏农类营销人才,对农类营销人才的需求量非常大。但是,根据我们对毕业生的跟踪调查和用人单位反馈的意见来看,目前毕业生还是面临就业较难的境况,“产”“销”不能“对路”。因此,笔者针对农业企业对农类营销人才的需求特点进行了问卷调查和走访调查,全面分析了目前农业企业对农类营销人才的需求特点,为高职院校培养符合农业企业实际需求的“适销对路”的农类市场营销人才提供依据。
With acceleration of economic globalization, China agriculture is becoming industrialized and international, and market competition becomes increasingly fierce. The agricultural enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, are in huge demand of agricultural manpower in marketing. However, according to our follow-up survey of graduates and feedback from the employers, graduates are still facing difficult job market and there is a matching problem between 'production' and 'sales'. Therefore, a questionnaire and interview survey was carried out and a comprehensive analysis of the demand charac- teristics of marketing manpower of agribusiness provides basis for cultivation of quality talents in marketing agro-products in vocational college for agro-business.
