摘要
本报告讨论了蔗渣催化氧化一步法直接制草酸工艺,在最佳反应条件下蔗渣制草酸收率在80％左右,草酸纯度可达99.4％,硝酸回收率可达90％。此法也可用于其它废纤维植物,例如谷壳、稻草和玉米杆等生产草酸。
In this paper the process of manufacture of oxalic acid from ba-gasse by one-stage catalytic oxidizing direactly is discusscd. Under the optimvm reaction conditions bagasse to oxalic acid yield were about 80％. Oxalic acid purity≥99.4％, Rate of nitric acid recovery were 90％. The process applies also to producting oxalic acid from other waste plant fiber e.g, rice huck, rice straw and maize stalk etc.
