经颅多普勒对外伤性脑血管痉挛的诊断价值 被引量:12

摘要 继发于颅脑外伤后的脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)可以加重脑缺血、缺氧、脑水肿及形成脑梗死,严重时可以引起不可逆的神经功能障碍,因此,颅脑外伤后早期预测CVS并积极治疗具有重要意义。
