嗜水气单胞菌外毒素免疫血清的制备及其对中华鳖红底板病的防治效果 被引量:3

摘要 将致病性嗜水气单胞菌扩大培养后提纯外毒素,用灭活外毒素免疫大白兔,制备免疫血清,再用兔免疫血清防治鳖红底板病。结果表明:对攻毒后1d的中华鳖用免疫血清进行治疗,其成活率为37.5%,对免疫后攻毒的中华鳖的保护率大于75%。 Pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila which causes red abdominal shell disease of Trionyx sinensis was expandedly incubated. Exotoxin was extracted and purified from incubated liquid. The rabbits were immunized with inactive exotoxin and immune serum was prepared. Then red abdominal shell disease was prevented and treated with above immune serum. Experimental result showed that after the infected with pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila for a day softshell turtles treated with above immune serum reached 37.5% survive rate. After immunized, the protection rate of immunization against injected pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila reached 75%.
