摘要
蛋白质组学研究基因编码的所有蛋白质,近年已成为全面分析蛋白质表达变化的有力手段,并广泛用于肿瘤研究。本文旨在介绍蛋白质组学相关技术在胃癌中的研究进展,通过对胃癌肿瘤组织、血清、细胞株、胃癌相关菌株的蛋白质组学研究,以阐明胃癌发生、发展的分子机制,发现特异性和敏感性较高的肿瘤标记物,从而为胃癌的临床诊治开辟新的途径。
Proteomics is a science to study all the proteins encoded by gene. It has become a useful tool for analyzing the expression changes of proteins, and has been widely used in cancer research in recent years. This article aimed at introducing the application of proteomics in research of gastric cancer. By proteomic study of the tissue, serum, cell lines and related bacteria strains of gastric cancer, the molecular mechanism of development and progress of gastric cancer could be clarified, and tumor markers with high specificity and sensitivity could be defined to open a new approach for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
