摘要
突出煤层石门揭煤是突出矿井防突工作的关键过程,研究安全有效的突出煤层石门揭煤技术对矿井的安全生产和采掘接替具有重大意义。通过综合分析鹤煤四矿煤与瓦斯突出影响因素,结合石门揭煤工作面的实际情况,制定了穿层钻孔瓦斯抽放、水力压裂与强化抽放、注马丽散加固煤体等综合性措施,安全快速揭开了煤层。
The rock cross - cut coal uncovering of outburst coal is the key process of outburst prevention in outburst coal. Study on secure and efficient skill concerning rock cross -cut coal uncovering of outburst coal as well as excavation replacement has great significance, according to the comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of coal and gas outburst of No. 4 coal mine in Hebi coal, comprehensive measures was proposed such as gas drainage, hydraulic fracturing with gas drainage, and injection horsepower which reinforce coal strength, combined with the actual situation of the exposing coal face. Uncovering coal rapidly and safely was then realized.
