摘要
大采高综采工作面开采过程中揭露断层(群),将极大影响工作面推进速度与安全。以宁煤集团清水营煤矿110202工作面为背景,在现场工程地质调查的基础上,掌握了工作面断层群的产状,并分析了可能对工作面开采带来的影响。通过制定工作面超前探放水工艺、上/下出口超前加固工艺、调伪斜工艺、强制放顶工艺,以及开采过程中调整工作面底板坡度等措施,顺利保证了过断层群期间工作面的回采安全。通过对消耗材料统计和安全效益评估,证明该成套(关键)工艺的实施,在合理经济投入下保证了工作面的安全,安全效益显著。该技术对宁东矿区类似条件下工作面过断层开采提供了技术和经验借鉴。
