摘要
目的探讨实施浅层吸痰的临床效果。方法对60例在我院新生儿重症监护室的机械通气患儿随机分为两组,实验组实施浅层吸痰,对照组实施传统吸痰。观察对比两组患儿痰鸣音的改善情况、患儿舒适度情况、日吸痰次数以及VAP的发生率。结果与传统方法相比,浅层吸痰组的日吸痰次数少,患儿舒适,疼痛减低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统吸痰方法相比,浅层吸痰效果好,并可减少对患儿的刺激,使患儿更舒适。
Objective To study the effect of shallow suction in NICU.Methods 60 patients with invasive mechanical ventilating in NICU were selected and divided into shallow suction group and conventional suction group.The improving of coarse rales after suction was measured.Observed comfortable degree,frequency and the incidence rate of VAP between the two groups.Results Compared with traditional group,frequency and PIPP score are less（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional group,shallow suction will helpful in minimal handling and comfortable care.
