摘要
应用正交试验设计的方法,从播种基质、覆盖材料、覆盖厚度和种子处理4个因素出发,探讨了沙地云杉播种育苗中的一些主要影响因子。结果表明:种子处理对播种育苗试验结果的影响最大,其余因素对播种育苗存在一定的影响,但差异性均较小。通过试验结果分析选择出最佳的播种育苗方案为:以细沙作为栽培基质和覆盖材料,覆沙厚度0.3 cm,种子用自来水浸泡48 h后进行播种。
Through orthogonal experimental design method,proceeding from four factors,including planting medium,cover material,cover thickness, seed treatment,main factors of influencing seedling cultivation of Picea mongolica were discussed.Result shows that：seed treatment has the greatest effect on test result for sowing seedling,and the remaining factors have certain effect on the planting seedlings,but the differences are small.The optimal program is：taking sand as a culture media cover material,the thickness of sand cover being 0.3 cm,seeds were soaked for 48 h with tap water after planting.
