介绍了液压制动系统的应用情况,二级制动和恒减速制动2种制动方式的工作原理和特点,E141恒减速液压站的基本组成和主要功能,并简要介绍了各个模块的主要作用。详细说明了安全制动时电气控制原理和液压控制原理。
Firstly, the common situations of the application about hydraulic brake system in mine hoists, the principle and application for constant deceleration hydraulic brake system and two stage brake system are introduced; Secondly, the basic compositions and the main functions of each part are discussed; Thirdly, the principle of electronic and hydraulic system during emergency brake are analysed.
