摘要
以杏南油田作业大队目前的质量管理和监督现状为着手点,较为深入地研究和分析了井下作业质量管理和质量监督中存在的问题,提出了"四检制"、"七关"等监督措施,提高了作业施工质量管理。
Based on the present status quo of quality management and supervision in the operation team of Xingnan Oilfields,the paper deeply studies and analyzes the problems existing in the quality management and supervision of downhole operation.Then some supervisory measures like ＂four inspection systems＂ and ＂seven gates＂ are put forward,which improves the construction quality management of downhole operation.
