摘要
硒是畜禽生长代谢必需的微量元素之一。文章综述了硒的营养生理功能,动物生产中的常用硒源,硒缺乏与过量对动物健康的影响,硒在不同动物生产中的应用及前景,并提出其在生产中存在的问题。
Selenium is one of necessary microelements in animal growth and metabolism.This article reviewed the function of selenium in nutrition and physiology,common source of selenium in animal production,excessive and deficient selenium on the negative effects in animals health,the application prospects of selenium which suggested some questions existing in animal production.
