摘要
文中研究了现行船舶安全检查机制,利用成本费、事故率、保险费等数据统计,以港口国监督为代表,对船舶安全检查效能展开讨论。
This paper presents its study on the existing ship inspection system and discusses its efficiency based on the cost,accident frequency and insurance premium,taking Port Sate Control inspection as an example.Ship safety inspection seems to be successful in eliminating substandard vessels and decreasing the casualties.
