摘要
新加坡环境友好型社会建设的成就举世瞩目,其成绩是政府、个人和非政府组织、企业多元参与的结果。新加坡的经验对武汉城市圈"两型社会"建设有着重要启示:在环境友好型社会建设中,政府主导是基础,多元参与是关键,多种政策工具并用是途径。
The success of constructing the environment friendship-type society of Singapore is known in the worldwide scope.The achievement is the result of multi-participation of government,individuals,non-government organizations,and the enterprises.The Singaporean experience is of important revelation to the construction of ＂two-type society＂ in Wuhan Urban Circle,i.e.in constructing environment friendship-type society,taking government as main guidance is the base,multi-participation is the key,and the application of multi-policy is the short-cut.
