摘要
介绍了某种常见的电磁铁的结构及其工作原理,利用Ansoft和AMESim两种软件分别对电磁铁以及电磁先导阀进行仿真分析,从而实现电磁回路、机械传动以及液压系统三者之间的耦合。通过将电磁铁仿真曲线与试验曲线比较发现,该仿真结果与试验结果非常吻合。
The configuration and work principle of a common solenoid were described.The solenoid and the pilot valve were simulated and analyzed by Ansoft and AMESim separately to achieve the couple of electromagnetic circuit,mechanical drive system and hydraulic system.By comparing the results of simulation and experiment,it is found that the results conformed to each other well.The simulation results provide an important reference to design and make optimization for valve structure.
