摘要
目的:观察来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:选取我院于2009年10月～2010年1月所收治的98例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组49例,采用甲氨蝶呤与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗类风湿性关节炎。治疗组49例,采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤进行治疗。结果:采用甲氨蝶呤与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗6个月总有效率为71.4%。采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗6个月,总有效率为89.8%。结论:采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤可以安全有效地治疗类风湿性关节炎。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Leflunomide and Methotrexate combined with Sulfasalazine Regimen in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：We divided 98 cases of rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from October 2009 to January 2010 randomly into control group and treatment group,each group 49 cases.In the control group,the patients were treated with Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine and in the treatment group,the patients were treated with Leflunomide and Methotrexate.Results：The total effective rate was 71.4% by using Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine for 6 months.And it was 89.8% by using Leflunomide and Methotrexate for 6 months.Conclusion：It is a safe and effective way to treat rheumatoid arthritis with Leflunomide and Methotrexate.
