摘要
本文收集了87例血管镜在原位大隐静脉动脉旁路移植术中的临床应用,就其设备及操作方法做了较详细的介绍,直视下精确地进行大隐静脉瓣膜切开和侧枝结扎术,保持大隐静脉的原位特征,避免下肢长切口,免除提取整条大隐静脉造成的过大损伤,缩短了手术时间,减少了各种并发症。这一有价值的技术,操作简单易行,效果十分肯定,值得推广采用。
Eighty seven cases had been collected for the angioscopic application in the trans-plantation of in-situ saphenous vein arterial bypass, and the allied equipments andoperating procedures were fully introduced. Angioscopy helps greatly to perform accu-rarely saphenous valvulotomy and ligation of side branches under direct vision. Thus,the in-situ characteristics of the saphenous vein is well preserved, lengthy inci-sion in lower limbs is avioded, heavy domage that might occur in picking out thewhole length of the saphenous vein can be prevented. The operation period is shor-tened and various complications are minimized as well. This valuable procedure isreally worthy to be popularized and adopted for its simple technique and reliableeffect.
