摘要
本文对我院1987～1988年之间收治的急性心肌梗塞病人60例一年后的心电图 Q 波与心室壁活动的关系进行探讨,发现病理性 Q 波与室壁活动不良的范围和程度密切相关,60例病人中有 Q 波者50例,其中47例(94%)出现不同程度的室壁活动不良,无病理性 Q 波者10例仅1例(10%)有室壁活动不良,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01)。同时对前壁梗塞与下壁梗塞进行了对比。
From 1987～1988 60 patients with AMI were investigated 1 year after AMI withECG and 2-D UCG recorded,studying the relation between ECG Q waves andventricular wall motion,the result showed that close relation between pathologic Qwaves and the extent and grade of ventricular wall motion.50 of 60 patients had Qwaves,47 of them(94%)had ventricular wall motion abnormalities,but in 10 pa-tients without Q waves the ventricular wall motion was normal except one(P<0.01).The Q waves with ventricular wall motions in anterior infarctions were comparedand with those in inferior infarctions.
