芥子气损伤机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 芥子气在第一次世界大战作为化学战剂使用,造成大量的人员死伤,是外国军队装备主要的毒剂之一。芥子气中毒机理虽早有研究,但迄今尚未完全阐明〔1〕。目前对芥子气损伤机制主要集中在DNA烃化和DNA链断裂、多聚ADP核糖聚合酶(PARP)激活、谷胱甘肽耗竭、炎症反应、
