摘要
本文报告原发膀胱癌的 CT 检查方法,并分析21例经手术和病理证实原发膀胱癌的CT 表现。肿瘤表现为自膀胱壁向腔内突入的肿块,呈结节状、分叶或不规则形,有造影强化。当肿瘤向膀胱外侵犯时,表现为局部脂肪密度增高、索条状影或邻近器官受累。分析说明,CT 检查对原发膀胱癌的分期有重要价值,有利临床治疗及估价预后。
CT technique of examination of the primary urinary bladder carcinoma was pre-sented.The CT features of the bladder carcinoma proved by operation or histologicexamination in 21 cases were analysed.The intraluminal portion of a bladder carci-noma was seen on CT as a soft tissue mass projecting from the bladder wall into thebladder lumen.It was nodular,lobate or irregular in shape.The tumor could be en-hanced by using intravenous contrast medium.Extravesical tumor spread was seen asan increase in density in the adjacent perivesical fat or as strands of soft tissue ex-tending out from the main tumor mass and invasion of adjacent organs.The CT staging of primary bladder carcinoma is essential for selecting appropri-ate treatment and providing a prognosis.
