蛋白质摄入量对慢性氟中毒大鼠骨病变的影响——形态计量学研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文用形态计量学方法结合血清 F^-、骨氟含量测定研究了高(32%)、中(21%)、低(12%)蛋白质摄入对慢性低超常量氟中毒大鼠骨病变的影响。结果表明:1.饮用5ppm F^-的高氟水12个月可以诱发大鼠高氟血症和氟中毒。2.大鼠的骨氟蓄积量有随蛋白质摄入量减少而增加的趋势。3.只在低蛋白质摄入的氟中毒大鼠中诱发了有意义的骨病变。这说明低蛋白摄入会促进氟骨症的发生,高蛋白摄入则有可能减缓氟骨症的发生或减轻其严重程度。由于本实验诱发大鼠氟中毒的条件与国内一些高氟区人群饮水含氟量相近,故本文结果提示:对高氟区人群的蛋白质营养状况应予以关注。 Thirty eight female SD rats were divided into 2 groups and fed with differentamounts of protein for 12 months:23 rats were exposed to excessive fluoride(5 ppmF^-),and the rest were treated as control.The fluoride either in serum or in bonewas remarkably increased.Bone histomorphometric data show that trabecular volumedensity(Vv)and surface density(Sv)in experimental group were both significantlyincreased as compared with the control group.It has been noted that the fluoridecontent in bone tended to be elevated with an expansion of Vv and Sv when lessprotein was added into the food.It was suggested that fluoride still might producemore bone even though there was slight deficiency of protein in food.However,thebone lesion may be more severe because of higher fluoride content in bone.The resultsindicated that the nutritional factors must play an important role in the patho-genesis of endemic fluorosis.
