摘要 1,7二芳基庚烷类化合物(Ar1C7Ar2)是从山姜属、姜黄属等药用植物中分离得到结构新颖的一大类天然产物[1,2].药理研究表明,该类天然产物不仅具有调味作用,而且还具有健胃,抗肝毒,消炎,抗溃疡,抗氧化,杀虫等多种生物活性.Yakuchin... YakuchinoneA, a natural compound with strong gingery flavor, has been synthesized starting from vanillin in five steps with 60% overall yield.
