摘要 １，７二芳基庚烷类化合物（Ａｒ１Ｃ７Ａｒ２）是从山姜属、姜黄属等药用植物中分离得到结构新颖的一大类天然产物［１，２］．药理研究表明，该类天然产物不仅具有调味作用，而且还具有健胃，抗肝毒，消炎，抗溃疡，抗氧化，杀虫等多种生物活性．Ｙａｋｕｃｈｉｎ... YakuchinoneA, a natural compound with strong gingery flavor, has been synthesized starting from vanillin in five steps with 60% overall yield.
