摘要
本文报告双盲对照试验研究口服国产尼莫地平40mg 日4次,连续服用4周治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床结果。结果表明与对照组相比,以神经功能缺损程度进行评价,尼莫地平对急性脑梗塞有明显疗效,男女性别间的疗效差别无统计意义。尼莫地平口服除偶有胃肠道反应和皮肤搔痒外无其他严重副作用。
The result of a double-blind controlled clinical trial in evaluating the effects ofdomestic Nimodipine on patients with acute ischemic infarction during four-week trea-tment period was presented.It was indicated that a significantly better neurologicoutcome,as assessed by the scale of neurologic deficit,was observed in the Nimodi-pine group with no sex-speclfic effects.No important side effects were found exceptfor slight nausea and itching.It is suggested that domestic Nimodipine is a promising drug for the treatment ofpatients with acute ischemic stroke.
