摘要
使用加 压下的 C O 加氢 反应、程 序升 温 还原( T P R) 、吸 附氢 的 程序 升温 脱 附( H2 T P D) 以及 C O 和 H2 吸 附等技术 ,研究了 Rh Sm / Si O2 催 化剂上 Sm 促 进剂 对 合成 二碳 含 氧化 合物 的 促进效应. 结果表 明, Sm 加入 到 Rh/ Si O2 中使 催化剂 的活性和 二碳含 氧化合物 的选择 性显 著提 高,催化剂上 的 Sm 3 + 不 易被还原 , Sm 的加 入起着提 高 Rh 分 散度的 作用 ,使催 化剂 上 C O 和 H2 的 吸附量增大 ,倾向于 促进乙酸 和乙醛
Rh Sm V/SiO 2 catalyst for CO hydrogenation under pressure was studied by temperature programmed reduction, adsorption of CO and H 2, and temperature programmed desorption of adsorbed H 2. The Sm addition improved the activity of the catalyst and selectivity for C 2 oxygenates. CO conversion of 3 38% can be obtained on 1%Rh 0 5%Sm/SiO 2, compared to 1 72% on 1%Rh/SiO 2. The yield of and selectivity for C + 2 oxygenates formation were increased from 37 4 to 176 1 g/(kg·h), and from 22 3% to 53 9%, respectively, under the conditions of reaction temperature 583 K, pressure 3 0 MPa and GHSV 13?000 h -1 . TPR profiles of Rh/SiO 2 and Rh Sm/SiO 2 gave the same area of the reduction peaks. In comparison with 1%Rh/SiO 2, the n (H)/ n (Rh) and n (CO)/ n (Rh) were increased from 0 42 to 0 90, and from 0 67 to 0 81 on 1%Rh 0 5%Sm/SiO 2, respectively. The Sm 3+ ion on Rh Sm/SiO 2 catalysts was difficult to be reduced, it played a role of improving the dispersion of Rh, increasing the adsorption of CO and H 2, and promoting the formation of acetic acid and acetaldehyde.
