原位固体NMR用于研究分子筛表面酸性 被引量:1

IN-SITU SOLID-STATE NMR STUDY ON SURFACE ACIDITY OF ZEOLITES

摘要 描述了 固体 N M R 样品原 位处理 、装样和 密封 的一 体化 装置 ,可 用于 催 化剂 样品 预 处理.利用该 装置可 进行样品 的脱气、脱水、吸附 探针分 子及氧化 还原 等操 作,还 可以 原位 将处 理后 的样品转 移到样品 管中封 存. 通过 两个实例 展示了 该装置的 实际效果 .(1 ) 研 究 Mg O 改性的 H Y 分子筛的1 H M A S N M R 谱发 现,随着 Mg O 担载 量 的变 化 分 子 筛 表面 的 Si O H 数 量 也 相 应 改变 ,显 示 Mg O 与 分子筛之 间存在 较强的相 互作用. ( 2) 利用较 大的 碱性 有机 胺分 子吸 附在 分子 筛外 表面,研究 H Y 分 子筛外表 面的酸 性,发现其 酸性主 要来源于 分子筛 表面的 Si O H. An integrative apparatus made on our own employed in treating, loading and sealing of samples that can be measured in solid state NMR is described. A series of pre treatment can be performed in the apparatus, such as degasification, dehydration, adsorption and redox. Then, the treated sample can be transferred in situ into the rotor and sealed. The following two experiments were carried out in it. (1) Acidity on the surface of HY zeolites modified by MgO was investigated by 1H MAS NMR. It is found that the amount of SiOH on the surface changes with that of MgO loading in HY zeolites, which shows that there is a strong interaction between MgO and HY zeolites. (2) The observation of 1H MAS NMR spectra of HY with adsorbed (C 4F 9) 3N on the external surface shows that the acidity on external surface comes mainly from SiOH on the external surface of HY zeolites.
