摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和次磷酸钠为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成多元共聚物阻垢剂,考察了共聚物阻垢性能与合成条件的关系,得出最佳合成条件。静态阻垢试验表明,该共聚物在高pH、高硬、高碱度的水质条件下,阻CaCO3、Ca3(PO4)2和锌垢的效果优于丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸/有机磺酸类共聚物。
With ammonium persulfate as initiator, the multicopolymer scale inhibitor, has been synthesized with the monomers of acrylic acid (AA), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS), sodium hypophosphite, and hydroxyl propyl acrylic(HPA). The relationship bteween the scale inhibiting performance with synthesis condition in the experiments are studied, the optimum synthesis technique plan is obtained. The experiment results show that the copolymer has obvious scale inhibiting and dispersing performance. The inhibition effect on CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2 and zinc salt better than the AA/HPA and organic sulphonate copolymer.
