南堡海域海洋工程腐蚀现状与防腐蚀技术讨论 被引量:6

Corrosion and Anticorrosion Technology of the Structure in Nanpu Sea Marine Environment

摘要 本文从南堡海域海洋环境腐蚀分区入手,分析介绍各个腐蚀分区的影响因素和主要腐蚀方式,以南堡1井简易导管架试采平台使用情况为例,总结了导管架从2005年到2009年投入使用的腐蚀情况,并结合南堡油田海上导管架平台和海管的防腐现状及所采用的主要防腐蚀措施,如涂层防护、牺牲阳极防护、海关接口处理等防腐蚀技术的实施情况,并就目前国内海洋工程桩腿锌加保护技术和桩腿包缚技术的施工方法和优势进行了简要介绍,提出适用于南堡油田海上结构物的防腐措施和日常管理建议。 This article from the Nanpu Sea Marine Environment corrosion zoning, analyzesd introduced the influence factors of each corrosion partition and main corrosion manner in Nanpu 1 Wells simple catheter frame production platform use for example summarizes catheter plane from 2005 to put into use in 2009, and combined with the corrosion of nanpu oilfield sea catheter frame platform and sea pipe anticorrosion status and adopted measures, such as the main anti-corrosion coating protection, sacrificial anode protection, customs interface treatment etc anticorrosion technology, and the implementation of the current domestic Marine engineering piles leg zinc add restoration techniques and pile leg bag tied the construction method and technology advantage is briefly introduced, application in nanpu oilfield offshore structures antisepsis measures and daily management advice.
