综述了目前多肽合成领域构建2～3个二硫键的策略和对二硫键排列方式给予定位的方法。
A review with 47 references on the strategy of disulfide bond formation in peptide synthesis and the methods for analyzing disulfide linkage patterns in peptides is presented.
