摘要
采用ＫｒｏｍａｓｉｌＣ１８（４．６×２００ｍｍ）柱同时分离了硝基苯甲酸与氨基苯甲酸六种异构体，在不到７ｍｉｎ的时间内，硝基苯甲酸与氨基苯甲酸异构体在０．１～１．０ｇ／Ｌ浓度范围内，得到了良好分离。
ixtures of nitrobenzoic acid and aminobenzoic acid isonmers were
separated on C18 column.They were well separated in less than 7min in the concentration range of
0.110mg/mL with accurate results.
