慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中西医结合治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院诊治的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者68例,按前瞻性、随机化原则分为治疗组和对照组各34例,两组均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上辨证分型加用中药汤剂治疗,疗程14 d,共治疗3～6个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率91.18%;对照组总有效率70.59%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗期间两组均未出现明显副反应。结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎可标本兼治,两者有良好的协同作用,较单纯西医治疗临床效果更为显著,且无明显副反应,值得临床推广应用。
