摘要
目的：探讨上消化道大出血护理措施,提高该疾病的救治率.方法：对我院37例上消化道大出血进行密切观察护理,包括病情观察、建立通道、心理护理等.结果：本组中37例无一例死亡,经药物、输血及内镜等治疗均止血成功.结论：严密观察病情,迅速准确地配合抢救治疗,做好临床护理,是抢救患者生命的重要环节.
Objective： To investigate upper gastrointestinal bleeding nursing measures to improve the cure rate of the disease. Methods： 37 patients in our hospital for close observation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding care, including illness observed, the establishment of channels and psy- chological care. Results： no death in 37 cases, the drugs, blood transfusion and endoscopic therapy are bleeding and so successful. Conclusion： The close observation of the patients condition quickly and accurately with emergency treatment, good clinical care, save patients is an important part of life.
