摘要
综述了近几年有关乙烯受体和乙烯信号转导研究的最新进展。包括拟南芥菜中乙烯信号转导途径的有关组分,被克隆的ETR1及其多基因家族在信号转导过程的早期作用,以及这些基因的结构和与乙烯的结合位点;乙烯信号转导的中心组分和植物中乙烯信号转导途径等。
This review focuses on recent studies of ethylene receptor and ethylene signaling transduction pathway.The isolation and characterization of some ethylene transduction related genes in Arabidopsis has revealed that ethylene sensing involves a protein kinase cascade.ETR homologs show similarity to the prokayotic twocomponent histidine kinases and most likely encodes an ethylene receptor.CTR1 gene encodes a protein with similarity to ubiquitous Raf family of Ser/Thr protein kinases.Additional elements involved in ethylene signaling are discussed as well.
