摘要
本文采用PCRRFLP方法对16个猪体382头送检猪的毛样DNA进行氟烷基因检测,发现我国地方猪种除枫泾猪带有0.100氟烷基因频率外,别的猪种中未发现氟烷基因;而枫泾猪中氟烷基因的较高频率可能与送检样品数较少有关。国外猪种大约克猪氟烷基因频率为0.222,这可能与大约克猪品系的起源有关;而杜洛克猪中未发现氟烷基因。在所调查的杂种猪群中存在程度不同的氟烷基因频率,其中大约克×长白猪氟烷基因频率为0.190;皮枫和皮杜×长上在杂种猪群中氟烷基因频率较高,各为0.619和0.610。以上杂种猪的氟烷基因频率高低与杂交亲本猪种的该基因频率高低有关。本文还对氟烷基因在猪生产中的应用作了一些讨论,并提出了相应的对策。
MH gene was detected in 382 pig individuals out of 16 pig breeds by means of PCRRFLP with hair DNA.Results showed that no RYR1 recessive gene was found in Chinese local pigs except for FJ pig,whose MH frequency was 0.100.The frequency of MH gene was found in Yorkshire was 0.222,but no RYR1 recessive gene was found in Duroc;MH frequency of YorkshireLandrace was 0.190,and 0.619 for PF Pig,0.610 for PDCS.Application of MH gene in pig production was discussed as well and some corresponding countermeasures were presented in this paper.
