摘要
为给萝卜杂交育种提供依据 ,采用酯酶同工酶酶带分析和数值分类学方法 ,研究了中国 1 9个省 (市 )的 77个栽培萝卜品种及日本的 3个栽培萝卜品种的同工酶及亲缘关系 .结果表明 ,供试的栽培萝卜可分为三大品种群 ,即红萝卜品种群 ,白色、绿 /白萝卜品种群 ,绿萝卜品种群 ,各品种群之间亲缘关系较远 ,杂种优势较强 .
Percent similarity of varieties of 77 Chinese cultivated radish varieties and 3 Japanese cultivated radish varieties by means of data of esterase isoenzymes were calculated with electrophoresis of isoenzymes and numerical taxonomy. The results indicated that Chinese cultivated radish varieties could be divided into three groups,ie red rooted group,white rooted group,green/white,green rooted group. The phylogenetic relationships of China radish between varieties was far away from each other. Heterosis was obvious.
