摘要
随着电子商务的普及和互联网的发达,大学生网络购物现象越来越普遍,大学生群体的网购呈现出独特性,在购买产品类别、参照群体的影响力等方面有区别于其他消费群体。物流、信息、产品质量、售后服务等成为影响大学生网络消费的因素,大学生消费行为中也存在一些诸如冲动性购买多等问题,只要政府、购物网站、学校等共同努力,就可实现对大学生网络消费的引导,从而推动中国电子商务的发展。
With the popularity of e - commerce and the lnternet developing, more and more college students have carrying out online shopping, college students online shopping presents unique feature in the area of product categories and influence of reference group. The Logistics, information, product quality and after - sales service network of consuroptien have become the factors that affect college students online shopping. There are some consumer behaviors such as impulse buying while college students shopping online, only the government, shopping sites, schools make concerted efforts, can we guide college students consumers' network buying, thereby promoting the developroent of Chinese e- commerce.
