摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑思维、对比分析等方法分析欧洲足球职业联赛治理体系,发现欧洲足球职业联赛普遍采用法人治理结构模式,具有规范的管理体制,清晰的产权关系、完善的法律制度、多元化处罚制度等特征,有效地遏制了假球、赌球、黑哨等足球违法行为。结果表明:只有完善我国足球职业联赛的管理体制,规范俱乐部内部治理机制,创造良好的足球联赛外部治理环境等措施,中国足球才能健康、有序而富有活力的科学发展,这是中国体育足球职业联赛制度创新的必经之路。
The article analyzes the successful experiences of European professional soccer leagues using logical analysis,comparison and literature review,and finds that the European professional soccer leagues generally adopt corporate governance model with a standardized management system,clear property rights,improved legal system,multi-characteristics system of punishment,which can effectively keep the game within the limits the match-fixing,gambling,black whistle and other football offense.The results show that for China football,the fundamental strategy is to improve the management mechanism of China＇s football industry,standardize the internal governance of football clubs,create favorable external governance environment of the match of the league so as to enable sound,orderly and vibrantly scientific development of China＇s football.This is the indispensable route of the reform.
