摘要
在分析目前高校图书馆所实行的两种图书加工模式所存在的诸多弊端的基础上,提出引进科学管理理念、实施五步工作法来确保图书加工质量和提高工作效率的观点,并详细阐述了五步工作法的工作流程。
Based on analyzing some malpractices existing in two books machining modes implemented in university library at present,this paper puts forward the opinion of introducing the scientific management concept and implementing the five-steps method to ensure the books machining quality and working efficiency,and expounds in detail the working procedures of five-steps method.
