摘要
近年来,自助服务已经作为一种新型服务模式广泛运用于越来越多的图书馆,尤其是高校图书馆。介绍了图书馆自助服务的含义及模式,分析了高校图书馆自助服务的利弊及现状,探讨了高校图书馆实施自助服务的举措。
Recent years,as a new service mode,self-service has been applied in more and more libraries,especially university libraries.This paper introduces the connotations and modes of library＇s self-service,analyzes the advantages/disadvantages and current situation of university library＇s self-service,and probes into some measures for implementing self-service in university library.
