摘要
介绍了二八定律和长尾理论,指出二八定律和长尾理论并不矛盾,二者组成了一个整体,能够和谐地应用于图书馆文献资源建设方面。
This paper introduces the 20/80 Rule and the Long Tail Theory,and points out that the 20/80 Rule and the Long Tail Theory are not contradictory,both are an integral part and can be applied harmoniously in library＇s literature resources construction.
