摘要
介绍了学科馆员制度在国内外高校的发展状况,分析了国内学科馆员制度围绕4个核心要素为高校的教学与科研工作提供服务的情况。
This paper introduced the development status of subject librarian system in domestic and foreign colleges and universities,and analyzes the services of domestic subject librarian system around the four core elements for university＇s teaching and scientific research.
