从专业分馆中人事权归属、资料员的发展及专业分馆与总馆业务流程的一致性等方面论述了馆系共建下高校图书馆专业分馆建设。
This paper discusses the construction of university＇s professional branch library under the co-construction between the department and the library from aspects of the attributions of personal hoheit,the development of librarians,and the uniformity of the service procedures of the professional branch library and the main library,etc.
