摘要
为找出中厚板超声波探伤不合格原因,运用统计分析方法,找出探伤合格率瓶颈规律,并针对典型钢种和规格范围进行缺陷部位取样检测,利用金相?扫描电镜和能谱等检测手段,对钢板探伤不合格部位的组织和成分进行分析。结果表明:探伤不合格的主要原因是组织中存在着条状硫化锰和锰元素的偏析以及由异常组织粒状贝氏体引起的微裂纹。针对以上原因,实行了一系列措施,使中厚板超声波探伤合格率由攻关前的50.4%提高并稳定在92.3%以上。
In order to find out the reasons for nonconformity in ultrosonic flaw detection of medium plates,the distribution law of the qualified ratio of flaw inspection was found by statistical analysis.The samples of typical steel grades were cut from defective parts,the structure and composition of which were analyzed by metallograph,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy spectrum.The results show that there are the banding manganese sulphides,the segregation of manganese and microcrack is caused by abnormal structure of granular bainite.According to the above reasons,a series of control measures were adopted,the qualified ratio of flaw inspection was increased from 50.4%(prior to research) to 92.3%.
