摘要
研究了国内某钢厂BOF-LF-RH-ASP流程生产冷轧IF钢的工艺特点,采用碳含量控制和钢包渣还原处理技术,RH脱碳结束钢中w([C])<15×10-6,后序增碳质量分数小于15×10-6,渣中(FeO+MnO)质量分数小于3%,平均中间包钢水全氧质量分数为17×10-6。成功开发的DDQ级IF钢板,满足了客户对其深冲性能的要求。
The characteristics of producing cold-rolled IF steel by BOF-LF-RH-ASP process was investigated.Through the use of technologies in terms of carbon concentration and ladle slag reduction,the [C] content at the end of RH decarburization is less than 15×10-6 with the carbon pick-up thereafter under 15×10-6,and(FeO+MnO)content in slag is lower than 3%.Besides,the average T[O] in tundish is 17×10-6.The DDQ grade IF steel sheets meet customers′ requirements for deep-drawing performance.
