摘要
采用膜分散方法研究了含酚废水的萃取特性,以水/苯酚/(磷酸三丁酯+煤油)为实验体系,以不锈钢纤维烧结膜为分散介质,在自制的萃取器中研究了有机相流量、无机相流量、V(有机相)∶V(无机相)(相比)、苯酚质量浓度和停留时间对萃取率的影响,找出适宜的操作条件。实验结果表明,采用10μm的不锈钢烧结膜,在有机相流量为1 500 mL/m in、相比1∶1、苯酚质量浓度在1 000~4 000 mg/L、停留时间为0.8 s的情况下,萃取率可以达到80%左右。
The membrane dispersion extraction process is used to treat phenol-containing wastewater with stainless steel fiber sintered membrane as dispersion media. The system of water/phenoL/TBP and kerosene is used to study the effects of the flow rate, phase ratio, phosphate content and residence time on the extraction. The experimental results show that with 1500 mL/min of the dispersed phase flow rate, 10μm stainless steel fiber sintered membrane, 1:1 of phase ratio, 1 000 -4 000 mg/L of the concentration of phenol, 0. 8 s of residence time, the extraction efficiency can reach 80%.
