摘要
目的探讨仪器管理与护士技能培训一体化管理在急诊护理管理中的应用与效果。方法建立仪器管理制度,对全科所有仪器统一管理与维护,对全科28名护士进行仪器使用技能的培训与考核,并进行仪器使用的技能比赛。结果护士仪器使用的理论与操作技能的考核成绩均提高(P<0.01),仪器维修率降低(P<0.05)。结论仪器管理与技能培训一体化管理有助于提高护士对仪器设备的应用技能,并降低仪器的维修率。
Objective To explore the effect of unifying equipment management and skill training in emergency nursing management. Methods The equipment management system was established to manage and maintain equipments systematically. All the 28 nurses were trained on the operational skills and the effect was evaluated by skill cnmpetition. Results The performance of theory and skill of 28 nurses were increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） ,and the rate of equipment maintenance reduced （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of unifying equipment management and skill training in emergency nursing management can imprnve nurses operational skills and reduce the rate of equipment maintenance.
