摘要
目的探讨多学科交叉融合病房管理模式及其运行效果。方法在多学科融合发展理念的指导下,由神经内科、神经外科、康复、介入和护理多学科交叉融合组建神经综合病房,构建相应病房管理模式。结果多学科交叉融合病房管理模式规范了疾病的诊治和护理;优化了医疗资源的使用,床位使用率和周转率增加,入院前等待时间和平均住院日降低,提高了护理人员和病人满意度。结论多学科交叉融合病房管理模式能促进护理学科发展,在今后的管理实践中应不断探索和完善。
Objective To explore the management pattern and effects of the interdisciplinary integration ward. Methods By setting up an integrated neural ward consisted of neurology, neurosurgery,rehabilitation,inteivention and nursing under the concept and guidance of interdisciplinary integration development, the relevant management pattern was formed. Results The ward management pattern standardized the treatment and nursing of diseases, optimized the utilizing of medical resources, increased the bed utilization rate and bed turnover rate, reduced the waiting time before admission and average length of stay, and increased the satisfaction of nurses and patients. Conclusion The ward management pattern of interdisciplinary integration can promote the development of nursing. This pattern should be further investigated and perfected in the future management practice.
