摘要
目的探讨临床药物试验护理管理方法。方法结合临床护理工作,从护理团队、时间、受试者、药品等方面进行护理管理。结果 2005年9月至2010年5月,共完成药物临床试验4项,180例受试者均完成用药和随访。结论科学、有效的护理管理能够提高受试者的依从性,保证试验的安全、顺利进行。
Objective To explore the methods of nursing management in drug clinical trials. Methods Combined with clinical nursing care,nursing management was conducted from the aspects of nursing team,time,subject and drug. Results From Sep. 2005 to May 2010,four clinical trials were accomplished and 180 cases of subjects completed the trials and were followed up. Conclusion Scientific and effective nursing management can increase the compliance of subjects, thus ensuring the safe and smooth accomplishing of drug clinical trails.
