摘要
目的探讨护理会诊在解决胰岛素泵相关问题中的应用与效果。方法对全院各科室遇到的胰岛素泵相关问题,由临床科室责任护士向糖尿病专科小组提出书面申请,糖尿病专科小组按护理会诊程序进行会诊。结果全院有关胰岛素泵问题护理会诊102例,均得到了及时解决和护理。结论通过护理会诊,切实提高了临床使用胰岛素泵患者的护理质量,保证了胰岛素泵强化治疗的效果及安全性。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing consuhation on resolving the nursing problems during the course of using insulin pump. Methods The charge nurses of clinical departments submitted a written application about the problems in using insulin pump to the diabetes specialist team. Then,the team organized a nursing consultation according to the work flow of nursing consultation. Results A total of 102 cases were involved and their problems were resolved timely. Conclusion Nursing consultation can effectively improve the quality of nursing for patients using insulin pump and ensure the treatment efficacy and safety.
