摘要
目的探讨一种应对急诊剖宫产手术的健康教育方法,以有效缓解产妇术中紧张、焦虑情绪,提高手术配合程度。方法 2010年3月于手术当天提交手术单、术前在手术室内接受健康教育的产妇55例为研究组,术前30min采用多媒体播放、护士讲解和解答疑问相结合的方式实施健康教育;2010年2月急诊需紧急进行剖宫产手术,未接受术前健康教育的产妇55例为对照组。检测两组产妇的心率、平均动脉压改变情况。结果研究组产妇接受健康教育后心率和平均动脉压改变均明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论术前30min健康教育是一种行之有效的方法,可有效提高剖宫产围手术期的工作质量。
Objective To explore a new method of preoperative health education for pregnant women being receiving emergency cesarean section so as to relieve their anxiety and stress and increase their cooperation degree during the course of operation. Methods The experimental group of 55 pregnant women, receiving emergent cesarean section in March 2010, received health education in the operating room, while the control group of 55 women, receiving cesarean section in February 2010, received routine care. The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were compared. Results The change degrees of heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The preoperative health education of half an hour is scientific and effective,which can improve the quality of perioperative work.
